Information we collect
When you fill in the quote request form: name, company, phone, email, details about your event and your message. When you write to us by WhatsApp or email: the information you choose to send us.
How we use it
This information is used only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our relationship. It is never sold, rented or transferred.
Who can access it
Only the SOLEA team. Our hosting provider, Namecheap, runs the website and email service.
How long we keep it
Your information is kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to us at contact@agencesolea.com. You may also contact the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP).
Job applications
When you apply through our Careers page, we collect your name, date of birth, contact details, profile information and photos. They are used only to review your application and offer you jobs. Only the SOLEA casting team can access them: they are stored on our server, in a password-protected area, and are never shared with our clients without your consent.
Your application is kept for 2 years from the date you sent it or from your last job with us, then deleted. You may ask to see, update or withdraw it at any time by writing to casting@agencesolea.com.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
